All of the Abrahamson clan up here has discussed, on numerous occasions, how amazing it is to see Matt as a daddy. Of course your mommy glow is equally as beautiful, but there’s something about Matt’s endless smiles and the pride and love in his eyes when he looks at Maelyn that hits everyone in our family’s hearts so deeply. It’s the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.. that is, until I get to look into my little guys eyes I can’t imagine what it’s like for you to to witness that in him as his wife and her mother. I’m just so happy for you both, and in constant awe of what God does for us all! The best part is that the love will just continue to grow and it’ll only get better for your family

She is such an adorable little girl. And you did it without meds! That is amazing! Some of us need meds (like pitocin) to get things started and keep them going. My water never broke.I had no horror stories to tell of my meds, but I was blessed. You had a great first delivery. 12.5 hours isn’t bad at all. She was SO worth it, wasn’t she?
Ya know, I fell in love with my husband in a different way when we became parents. Just watching him with his kids is so joyful!
